Author PJ Blohm-Craig wanted to add new features to her self-designed website SoulmatesAndSoulmutts.com, but she preferred to spend her time writing novels rather than working with HTML. She asked Kristin to redesign her site with new colors, photos, and an autoresponder that allows site visitors to request a 5-chapter excerpt that would be sent to their inboxes.
